Why is one boob larger than the other after breast aug?

AT two months it is unusual to see the degree of size asymmetry that you have.   I would definitely discuss with your surgeon.  Most women (90%) have breast asymmetry who have never had surgery. I would go over your preop pictures with your surgeon, and which implant was placed in each breast. It appears quite possible that you will need to change the implant sizes in order to gain better symmetry, but you still need to wait until the six month mark.  Things can still change.

Your answer may simply lie in difference between your implant sizes. It is likely that your small breast has smaller implant in it.
