Can Spectra laser peels be spaced out 1 week apart?

I bought a series of 6 Spectra laser treatments from a Spa in a Plastic surgeons office. I had my first treatment today and they scheduled for another one next week. Is this too soon? Any information is appreciated. Thanks!

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. This can be improved with lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, VBeam) and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

I suppose this depends on how aggressive the treatment is, but generally "micro" or "nano" laser peels are very light laser treatments with minimal downtime, and also mild changes and improvements in the skin. Thank you for sharing your question. I find that the erbium laser is particularly safe for darker skin tones. Patch testing is performed to help assure safety. See an experienced oculofacial surgeon with laser expertise for in-person evaluation and proper guidance. Good luck!
