Thank you for your question! This is a Thullium laser that can be used with an ampule of tranexamic acid after each treatment. You would need at least 3 or more treatments and in my office I would also have you PCA pigment gel. Be sure your physician starts at a low power and gradually moves up to be sure the pigmentation is not made worse.

One of the better lasers to remove dark pigment of the inner thigh would be the newest laser from Lutronic, the LaseMD machine. This is a Thullium laser that can be used with an ampule of tranexamic acid after each treatment. You would need at least 3 or more treatments and in my office I would also have you PCA pigment gel. Be sure your physician starts at a low power and gradually moves up to be sure the pigmentation is not made worse.
