I am 4 days post op of bbl an my butt looks like this an is feels almost like a balloon with nothing behind it. Is this normal? Is there lots of fluid behind it,l? What are the blister from? Doc told me it was kemp but deff looks alarming

Answer: Post-BBL Sorry you're going through this. What you're experiencing is not normal after a BBL. It appears as though you have pressure necrosis of your skin which is what is causing some of the skin to slough off. This may have occurred because of the excessive pressure generated in your skin after the injection of the fat. I recommend following up with your surgeon next week as you will require local wound care for this are to heal appropriately. Best,~Dr. Sieber
