How many Lipo/Donor areas are typically included in a Brazilian Butt Lift Procedure?

Thank you for your question regarding Brazilian butt lift.  The donor sites may include the abdomen, sides, posterior hips/waist and back to harvest enough fat and give the best overall shape to your torso along with the butt lift.  The donor sites vary with each patient to get the best result, but, for me, unless the areas to be liposuctioned fall outside of those areas mentioned above (ie. arms, inner thighs, etc) it is all included in the cost of BBL. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.  Good luck.

In my practice liposuction is included in the BBL fee.  I limit my liposuction aspirate to 5 liters for safety reasons but include all areas.

Every patient is different in terms of what areas are liposuctioned for fat transfer to the buttocks, but the majority of the areas are the abdomen, flanks, and upper back. Depending on the expectations of the patient and what his or her goals are help determine how many donor sites are necessary to achieve those results.  During your consultation, the surgeon will discuss what areas concern you the most and if those areas will also leave you with an excellent result after having liposuction to those areas.  The next discussion is if the patient has enough fat to harvest for the buttock augmentation to give the outcome they are hoping for.  Bringing photos will also allow the surgeon to see your goal and also determine if this is a reasonable goal for your anatomy.  

Brazilian Butt Lift, this procedure includes liposuction on certain areas of your body mainly to address to obtain the best results possible.  liposuction may be on your back, flanks and stomach to give you better contouring around the waist.
