I’m considering a BBL . Before I get my hopes up I’m curious to know if I have enough weight on me for my desired results. I’m posting several of my pictures along with wish pics. I don’t want a subtle change. I want a dramatic look and I want to feel confident again! Mother of 3 and 30. Can I achieve one of these looks with one procedure? Will I also need a tummy tuck? Please advise. Thank you I’m advance for your time. I’m hoping for maximum projection.
Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift Candidate Thanks for your question. You seem to be a good candidate for the BBL judging from your pictures. Our BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. I recommend you seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who has extensive experience in performing BBL procedures and clean credentials. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

Answer: Bbl or TT Because you had a kind of aggressive liposuction before and your abdomen is already very lumpy and irregular and also your lower back where you also had an aggressive liposuction, you do NOT have virgin fat to create a dramatic change on your shape and either a large amount of fat to harvest to transfer a large amount of fat and make a huge difference The volume you already got looks very nice in your buttocks, so the ONLy virgin areas which I may consider may be improved and be a source will be upper back and inner thighs and to be honest not a large volume to harvest and either a tiny waist is realistic. It is difficult to determine in photos if you would be candidate for Tummy Tuck, it seems a lot of fibrosis. Dr. Cardenas

Answer: Candidate for BBL Thank you for your question. Based on your photos alone you appear to be a good candidate for Brazilian Butt Lift with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back and achieve a curvier silhouette. In terms of getting your waist as narrow as your wish pic, this may not be realistic as it would depend on your anatomy and in order to determine this, you'd need to be examined in person. Answer: BBL candidate Dear dswldc, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
