Voluma is the only intended filler to be used for more volume in the cheeks. Unfortunately Vollure will not do much if it is injected in the cheeks. It would definitely be best to get your money's worth and use it in the intended areas like the lips or nasolabial folds and consider purchasing Voluma additionally to get your desired fuller cheeks.
Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your groupon mistake. Unfortunately Vollure is too thin of a filler to make a noticeable impact in the cheeks but it can be used for your lips, smile lines, or undereyes. Hope this helps.
Hi. Unfortunately, Vollure is not a substitute for Voluma. Vollure is a thinner softer product which would not be firm enough to place over the cheekbone. Instead, Voluma would be the proper product as this provides structure over the cheekbone to lift and define the cheeks. You could still use your Vollure Groupon, but instead have it injected in the lips or nasolabial folds. In the end treating multiple areas of the face with various type of filler give the best and natural results. Good luck with your treatments! Report
The Allergan product best suited for cheek volume and lift is Voluma. It provides structure and support to areas like the cheeks and temples. Vollure by virture of being a thinner, cohesive product is ideally used around the mouth such as the nasolabial lines and marionette lines. Its properties allow it to stretch with movement in these areas and then return to original state when at rest. The combination of appropriate fillers in several facial areas can create overall harmony and a very natural result. Best of luck.
Sorry to hear about the Groupon mixup. Vollure will not give good lift in the cheek area. Voluma is the correct filler for this area. Vollure can be used in almost all other lines.
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Hi and thank you for your question! The symptoms you describe are quite systemic and highly unlikely to be related to localized injection of Vollure. There is possibility of allergic reaction to a component of the filler, but even that is not expected to be long lasting and fit the picture you...
Judging by this picture the filler was not injected correctly. There are multiple irregularities, asymmetries and lumps that are clearly visible. My suggestion would be to immediately dissolve everything and have the injections done by an experienced and well-trained physician.
