I am having insurance approved Medically needed skin removal on thighs. This is not your standard cosmetic lift & lipo (Photo)

Though I have a good idea on what to expect I would love to have other opinions. There will be tissue & skin removal but not the lipo that is also generally associated with thigh lift. I have lost approx 300 lbs and have what Dr call a knee pannis and thigh pannis. I have also already had a panniculectomy with belly button repositioning with same Dr. My Dr is a professor of plastic surgery at a world renowned hospital so I completely trust his skills. Any added info would be most helpful
