If enough fat is available, then fat transfer would be a better option. I have combined thigh lift and the Brazilian buttlift with very impressive results. I use a variety of liposuction, fat grafting techniques and a variety of body contouring procedures to achieve as smooth a result as possible with the fewest scars. If not enough fat, the buttock implants can be combined with the thigh lift.I would search for a board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results. Look at reviews and before and after pictures on that surgeon's website.
Ideally, you should make a consultation to evaluate you in person. Buttock implants do have a relatively high rate of complications which can be compounded by combining this with a thigh lift. Alternatively, a BBL (using your own fat to augment your buttocks) may be a better solution depending on what your anatomy is. This procedure can safely be combined with a thigh lift.
