Thigh lift. Please help! Wound opening, not sure of what to do. 20 days post op (Photo)

Please help! I am to visit my PM on Monday my left leg has opened even more and it hirts since it feels like raw meat.I already went on Friday but its worse should I go sooner? Please any advice on how to heal?
