Outer thigh implant, will this repair the lipo damage?

Doctors, Could i have your opinion on a procedure that involve outer thigh implants to repair the damage caused by an agressive lipo done over 10 years ago that left me with one single dip along each of my outer thight. Fat transfert is UTTERLY OUT OF THE QUESTION (not enough fat, unpredictable results, i don't like it...) Thank you for your feedback.

This is a difficult situation to improve and full correction may not be realistic, though you do have some options.   If you are completely against attempting fat grafting, implants are possible though you might need a custom one and it requires a larger scar to place.  It will also be palpable.  Another option is a derma-fat graft to the area, though this also requires a scar to take the donor tissue and place the graft.
