I am unaware of any insurance company which covers thigh and arm lifts.  You would have to check with your medical insurance provider to determine if they are listed in your certificate of coverage.

Unfortunately, even in massive weight loss patients insurance has stopped covering these procedures.  This is why most of us try to do these as out patients in our own accredited facilities.  I would suggest coming in for a consultation to see what your options are.  Very often it's not as costly as you think and most plastic surgeons don't charge for the initial consultation.  You might try calling your insurance company to see who is on your plan.  God luck, Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton.

Unfortunately, these surgeries are purely cosmetic procedures, so they are seldom covered by insurance. They might be covered once they are deemed medically necessary, but still, that depends on your insurance company.
The best thing to do is to consult a reputable and board-certified surgeon with in-house financing plans to make payments easier on the pocket. There are many such surgeons, especially in the Miami area.
