I had Vaser Lipo to my flanks, abdomen and inner thigh (I did not do a BBL), but ever since surgery I feel like my hip dips are worse and my butt is more boxy than it was pre-op. Is anyone else seeing this / what can I do about this?

Answer: Did my hip dips get worse post op Vaser lipo & what can I do? I agree with your assessment of results. But in clothing posted photos does NOT show if you have any additional donor fat to add to hip dips to reshape them. Therefore in my over the Real Self internet I would offer a "COMPOSITE LATERAL BBL" - a combination fat grafts with Sculptra injections to your lateral buttock or hip dips. Fee in $12,000 ranges.

Answer: Liposuction results I think you can have an improved outcome with a revision. From what I see the love handles were under treated and the transition point of where fat should be removed and where fat should be added if a BBL was being done is too high. I would start reducing the subcutaneous fat right at the level of the hip dip and up. By doing that your body would have a more balanced smooth continuous S-curve I think your surgeon simply didn’t do the liposuction low enough on your backside and hips Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
