We need to see standard before and after pictures in order to make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.

Compression garments have no impact on the final outcome of surgery.

Fat distribution is completely dependent on how the procedure was performed. Contour on the body comes from underlying musculoskeletal structure, fat distribution and how to scan drapes.

If your fat distribution is uneven it is a direct reflection of how the surgery was performed.
