i had my 3rd brazilian butt lift and lipo 360 done september 1st 2021. i am 35 years old , 176lb and 5’1. i notice the Dr. has left fat around my belly button & i am left with uneven textures in my stomach area. i have seen a surgeon in my home town and am scheduled to have fat transferred back into my stomach to fix the un even areas. I would like a few more opinions to see if this is the best thing i should do or what my best solution would be to smooth this out? PLEASE HELP!!
Answer: Micro liposuction, bodytite RF and Morpheus Body can smooth out irregularities nicely. Don't put fat in when further lipo needs to be done. The micro canulas can remove little bulges easily and bodytite and Morpheus Body can smooth out and tighten the skin all done under local.

Answer: BBL results Dear Mzdani, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Post-Liposuction After Care -- Compression, Lymphatic Massage, Hyperbaric Oxygen, Radiofrequency, Cellutone/Zwave, Revision It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. It will take 6 to 12 months to see the final outcome. However, even at this stage, it's clear that you will likely will need a revision procedure -- this is simply not right. I recommend following up with your physician about their suggested after care protocol. I have my patients wear compression for 3 to 6 weeks straight and then overnight for 3 to 6 months after their procedure. I suggest adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding Vanquish for further fat removal; truSculpt iD, Exilis, Forma, and Venus Legacy for additional skin tightening; and Cellutone / ZWave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Ultimately, if you are unhappy with your results, please speak to your physician and ensure that he/she was a full body VASER Hi-Definition liposuction physician with extensive experience in contouring and body shaping -- and not just traditional fat reduction. You can always get a revision procedure by an expert if needed. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: 3rd lipo 360 and BBL- stomach left lumpy. Best options to smooth this out? I have 'fixed' many of these over liposuction abdomen with my technique of a skin only TT with muscle plication. Fees $10,000. Best to virtual consult. I think adding fat to abdomen wrong option.

Answer: High definition liposuction revision The contour irregularities and poor skin texture following your liposuction procedure are from poor liposuction technique. You are encouraged to talk to a board certified plastic surgeon who has a lot of experience in revision surgeries. This may not be resolved by simply grafting fat back into the stomach. Revision surgeries often require an in person consultation to properly address the issues. The definitive correction for liposuction deformities requires the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
