How do I get rid of injection holes on my butt?

These holes are created due scarring and atrophy of tissue. One way to improve this it is to release scar adhesions and add some fat grafts. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your description, it sounds like you would benefit from fat transfer. Photos would aid in our diagnosis. I have seen hundreds of post immunization scars and dents mostly in women from outside the US. The treatment is different in several conditions. Done require excising the scar and stitching it. Others require fat or a filler injected to fill the dent. Still there’s require releasing the scar bands under the dented skin.
