Photos would aid in our diagnosis. I have seen hundreds of post immunization scars and dents mostly in women from outside the US.  The treatment is different in several conditions.  Done require excising the scar and stitching it.  Others require fat or a filler injected to fill the dent.  Still there’s require releasing the scar bands under the dented skin.
