Although you may have not seen similar anatomy on someone else, what you have is a not uncommon variation of normal. There exist no particular type of “aesthetic surgery” to “fix” this…because no fix is necessary. Hope this helps calm your understanding of your normal anatomy.

This area has quite common mild anomalies. During embryological development the area forms by the left and right side fusing in the midline.

During the process a variety of anomalies can happen from incomplete fusion to leaving the area open and arrange of lesser anomalies.

And it’s most severe form the condition is called spina bifida.

You don’t have that but yours is just unique and you are certainly not alone.

Sometimes the area can be improved but it depends on what the underlying ideology is. If it’s related to fat distribution and Liposuction can fix it but sometimes it’s simply shaped in a way that involves skin, fat and skeletal structure.

Based on your picture my intuition is that it’s better to leave this alone but you can always consult with local plastic surgeons and see what each person has to say after an in person assessment.
