So i am half persian and half european. unfortunately I inherited the middle eastern nose that I hate! Im aware i have a deviated septum too. I don't like how my nostrils look uneven when looking up my nose. I don't like how big my nostrils are. I don't like that my tip begins to dip down when smiling i don't like that i don't have any definition in my tip and that from the right side of my profile theres an obvious bump on the bridge of my nose. any advice on what we can do to fix my nose?
Answer: Rhinoplasty Given the concerns that you have with your nose, you should consult with a rhinoplasty surgeon. Straightening the septum along with alterations in the shape of your nose, including your nostrils is achievable. Most noses tilt/tip downwards with smiling. The muscle that controls this can be weakened with Botox/etc or cut during surgery.

Answer: Why septorhinoplasty may be right for you Thank you for your question and photos. You may benefit from septorhinoplasty to correct your deviated septum and achieve the aesthetic changes you mentioned. Your nostrils can be narrowed with an alar base reduction, the bump on your nose bridge shaved down with nasal rasps, and the definition of your nasal tip improved with cartilage grafting. Keep in mind that rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to assess your concerns and goals to determine the best course of action.

Answer: Please consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging. Since you have deep dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose, Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower and more symmetrical nasal appearance on front view with correction of your deviated nasal septum hump removal and tip lift for a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty surgery Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided. You have an overprojected nose and thin skin. Your nose looks to big for your face. Your nostrils are uneven and you have a bump. All of this can be fixed with a rhinoplasty surgery. Since you have thin skin (as far as I can see from your photos), you can expect a smaller, natural and elegant result with the surgery.Best regards!

Answer: You do seem to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. More ... The cartilages that form the tip of your nose are strong, and they are holding the tip down, making the nose look long-ish. If the tip were raised, and the bridge lowered to match the new position of the tip, that could help with tip definition, too, and make the nose look overall less prominent. How *much* to elevate the tip, or lower the bridge, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.) Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. For most noses, it's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And it also discusses how to take photos that are best for online evaluations.
