Thank you for submitting the photograph because it does help considerably any assessment of your face. Fat grafting may actually be a wonderful means of revolumizing your face and in fact some of the stem cells may be able to help reverse the pain that you're feeling from your prior treatment. Your neck however looks like it requires quite a bit of help and may need assistance from a neck lift. You should be seen by plastic surgeon like myself who can make the best decision for you. Hello and thank you for your question. Im sorry you had that experience as it can be painful both physically and emotionally. Restylane is a hyaluronic filler and can last about 12-16 months depending on which Restylane filler was used. This means the filler should be gone in that timeline. But this may not address any possible injury caused by the injector technique. I recommend follow up with your injector and consulting with them for further management of your condition.
