Nurse injected Restlyje above my mouth (against my permission). Over the past 6 months, I’ve had 4 injections of hylaronidase in attempt to dissolve it. It has improved but will not fully go away. It is squishy and feels like filler but plastic surgeon said it could be scar tissue. Is it? If it is scar tissue, is there a way to remove scar tissue?

Answer: This is filler not scar tissue. Please find an office that knows what they are doing. These folks obviously do not know what they are doing. Just because you wear a white coat and hold a syringe of filler does not make you competent. This is a bad filler treatment and can be resolved in a single visit with hyaluronidase enzyme. Please recognize that this will also remove the filler but it is not helping you. So sorry.

Answer: If you are worried about your filler results because there is swelling, lumps or bumps if you are worried about your filler results because there is swelling, lumps or bumps, consider reversing it with hyaluronidase. If that did not work it could be that you have a granuloma that needs steroids/5fu injections or surgical removal. Ift scould be normal anatomy that should be evaluated in BAs. In the mean time you can use redlight such as lightstim, radiofrequency such as exilis ultra and venus legacy.
