Botched cheek liposuction. How do I fix this? (Photos)

Question

I wanted buccal fat removal, and the doctor talked me into additional cheek lipo. He removed almost a full syringe of fat from each cheek. Now I have big dents in my face and there's fullness under my chin. I look much worse than before. The doctor says he can fix it with fat grafting and a neck lift with salivary gland reduction. It's a risky surgery, and I am worried. I don't know if I trust him at this point, and it's a lot of money. What do I do?

Based on your posted photos, you were overly aggressively Lipo suction that’s causing the deformity. Best virtual consult with to discuss options to correct.

Thank you for the question and including your before and after photos.    I'm not sure why he did lipo.  But, the best fix is definitely fat grafting.   I would be sure that your surgeon is experienced in facial fat grafting.   Just like lipo of the face, it does require experience and expertise!
