Botched cheek liposuction. How do I fix this? (Photos)

I wanted buccal fat removal, and the doctor talked me into additional cheek lipo. He removed almost a full syringe of fat from each cheek. Now I have big dents in my face and there's fullness under my chin. I look much worse than before. The doctor says he can fix it with fat grafting and a neck lift with salivary gland reduction. It's a risky surgery, and I am worried. I don't know if I trust him at this point, and it's a lot of money. What do I do?

Fat transfer would be a nice procedure to fill the tear trough, anterior maxilla, and malar eminence to reduce the appearance of a deep tear trough and give you more cheek projection.

Fat grafting can be very natural and safe in the lower lid. 2-4 cc can be grafted safely to each eyelid. However, like with PRP it may require a redo at 1 year if volume does not last.
