This definitely looks like it is from the corrugator muscle. I would make sure that you had enough injected to that muscle alone and then see if you are still able to create that expression. It may take time/multiple rounds of injections before the muscle calms down but you should be able to get there.

At least from the history provided, it would appear that the you simply need an appropriate concentration and amount of Botox placed into the bellies of the protruding muscles, which have become hypertrophied by virtue of the Botox previously injected into the regular frown muscles. If this is indeed so, this is quite a simple issue to address with gratifying results. Hi there,If you are new to Botox treatments, I would suggest continuing treatments every 3-4 months. Receiving routine treatments will help your facial muscles in that area become less active and also smaller! If you do receive routine treatments, I may recommend increasing the dose or further assessing placement of the Botox. What has happened in this case is you most likely got Botox injected in the standard pattern. The standard pattern is designed to treat the procerus and corrugator muscles. In this case your problem was most likely the depressor supercilli muscles . When the other muscles were knocked out with the Botox these muscles got stronger trying to compensate for your frown.
