Which procedure would deliver long lasting results and target hooded upper eyelids and loose skin in the under eye area?(photo)

Hi, I was just wondering what is suitable treatment for my hooded upper lid and loose skin under my eyes that causing wrinkles. Will it be fixed with laser or surgical treatment as i need a long lasting results. Regards

Your are a good candidate for lower eyelid fat pad removal. But make sure it’s done on both sides or you’ll be back soon enough to have the other side done. I do this with the patient awake under local anesthesia. Easier than going to the dentist

You would benefit from a lower lid blepharoplasty with conservative orbicularis reduction. The “bulge” will never go away completely but you can make it less pronounced by filling in your tear trough with your natural fat (lower lid blepharoplasty) and reducing the muscle.
