Can this surgical error be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I have an upper blepharoplasty done around 3 years ago. I'm very happy with the result on one side, but the incisions were made in the wrong place in the other side. I returned to the original surgeon who did a small revision, but now it doesn't look better because the eyelid has multiple creases and looks 'messy'. Can this be fixed?

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. It can be difficult to perform second  revisions on eyelids due to scar tissue. Sometimes the results are great, but you really need an in office consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon.

Although an in-person exam would be necessary to provide a definitive answer, based on the photo you have provided it does appear you would be a suitable candidate for revision upper blepharoplasty to re-create a more defined crease. If you want the best idea of what is possible for your eyes, do your due diligence, find an experienced surgeon, and have him/her evaluate you in person and discuss your options. #drdonyoo
