Will Asian eyelid surgery create a permanent crease? (Photo)

I'm 21, looking into asian blepharoplasty with a main goal of getting rid of the heaviness and stabilising my crease. I naturally have in-fold double eyelids. My creases have changed permanently at random times, often causing them to be asymmetrical (they managed to even out). I began to notice my eyelids getting heavier could this be ptosis? The skin has also become quite loose and crepey. Could I please have some suggestions of what to do?
