Under eye bag on one side when smiling. Could blepharoplasty solve this problem? (Photo)

I've noticed over the years that I've developed an eyebag on one side that appears when smiling. I have some eyebags showing when not smiling as well, but they're equal on both sides and not that bothersome. The problem is that when I smile the left side eyebag looks huge. I've had tear trough fillers on both sides and also tried 1 unit of botox that was put right on the under eye, but neither of them helped. Could blepharoplasty solve this problem?

It's better to get it done together to cause the line could be decided from the frontal eyes. However, if you are interested in lateral canthoplasty, then it would be totally seperated operation. If you have further questions then please leave a message:) Thank you!
