I am really bothered my lower eyelids, especially whenever I smile. I am interested in orbicularis oculi muscle hypertrophy blepharoplasty. I have seen online one doctor offers a "lower eyelid muscle tuck." I have done Botox on th lower eyelid before but results were temporary and didn't allow a complete seal when I closed my eyes to wash my face or shower. I wa What options do I have and can I completely get rid of my lower eyelid pilows permanently?
