Achieving femininity and symmetry?

Hello! I'm interested in facial cosmetics to achieve symmetry (mainly in the chin and eyes, as obviously shown in the picture) and to look more naturally feminine. I think a rhinoplasty is obvious, but please inform me. Last pic is a little more flattering. PS. I keloid. Thank you!
