Hi I’m 19 and although I n biologically femal, I feel that I look masculine. I’ve been looking at facial feminization surgeries—and also separate surgeries like v-line and zygoma reduction. I photoshopped a picture of myself to show some of the results I want. I was wondering if those results are possible and if so, what procedures will allow me to achieve them?

Thank you for your question. These changes are certainly achievable! A reduction of the jaw bone can help to contour it so that it can appear softer and more feminine. Additional changes to the cheeks and nose can further promote greater feminine appearance of the face.

Using a hyperaesthetic approach, modern  FFS performed by board- certified plastic surgeons well versed in bony modification can provide some incredible results in the most challenging of cases. I would advise you to seek a few consults before coming to a conclusion. If you have not done so already, reversible fillers can provide a nice preview or dress rehearsal to help you make your decisions. consider it like non-make up contouring.
