I️ recently posted a video of myself online and two men commented that I️ looked manly/trans. I’ve been extremely insecure since then. my whole life people have told me I️ look like my brother and uncle. Would a chin reduction help or cheek filler?

Bone reduction of the jaw can be done at the same time as a facelift. But based on your photos, you may have a better option with a submental liposuction with/without less invasive neck tightening technologies.

I've been doing this for over 20 years. There are many things that go into determining what makes a face look feminine. Some of this is related to the way your face reflects light. The photos you sent have a black bar across your eyes and your mouth is closed. This is making it hard to best...

The key photos to evaluate a person for facial feminization are different from what you've shown here. A side view, and a mouth open (at rest) view are very helpful. There are many ways to feminize a face, and this is something I've studied for the last 25 years. Watch our videos to learn more.

We need a side photo, but you may want to consider forehead contouring. That is the most significant area for gender and femininity most of the time. It's a 90 minute surgery and very effective. Watch our videos to learn more.
