Hello all I am curious as to whether I have a masculine face as I have been told this. I am getting a nose job in a couple of weeks. Can you please tell me what else makes me masculine ?

There are many aspects of the face that demonstrate femininity/masculinity characteristics. Based on the one photo, your face appears rather feminine, but additional views would be helpful. The nose shape and size is a powerful indicator of femininity, and your surgeon can work with you on your goals to express greater femininity.
