First off, you are beautiful. Listen to what people are telling you! I understand however that you must be able to accept that yourself, which can be hard to do. As far as procedures, it depends on what you are looking for, or what bothers you. What do you notice in a photo that you dislike? You also have to take into consideration things like angles and lighting when photos are taken. They can be very deceitful. Just from this one photo, I notice a few things. The bottom portion of your face is a bit short compared to the rest. I would recommend a genioplasty to add some length to your chin and jawline. This would give you more definition and contour to your face. You do have some upper cheek definition, but you could always add a little with fillers to create stronger cheek bones. If you like the way that looks, you could always consider cheek implants for a more permanent solution. Our office provides morph photo simulations of your expected outcome, so you have a better idea of what the final result would look like. We would be happy to schedule a consultation to discuss your options further!
