I was wondering if my after photo (edited) would be realistic to achieve? I have thick skin and a large hump and tip, so I'm not sure whether reducing the tip size, hump and narrowing it from the front would be possible.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and thick skin outcomes The important thing to keep in mind is that when performing rhinoplasty on thick-skinned patients, the nose cannot be overly shortened or reduced- otherwise it will loose shape and definition. I typically recommend maintaining tip projection in these patients to keep the skin well-fitted around the underlying nasal structures. I think the edited photo you made is a reasonable goal given that you did not overly deproject your nose.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your simulation is realist and possibly still conservative with regards to the degree of improvement. Although your skin is thick, your tip cartilage is prominent and can be reshaped and supported well using structural techniques.
