Nearly 8 months po & strange indent/shadowing on right side of nose - rhinoplasty complication? (Photos)

I’m 8 months post up and strange shadow along the right side of my nose. It makes my nose appear crooked. Breathing is a little restricted on that side as well. Could this be a complication from the rhinoplasty
