I am 3 weeks post tummy tuck and in bed I usually turn to the side to get up. Today I almost fell all the way back and by natural reaction and (not thinking)I got up and did a full on sit up and felt my abdomen flex. I tried to support myself and somehow did another sit up and my abdomen flexed even more. Besides pain control and rest, is there anything else I should do?is it possible I tore any sutures internally? Thank you.
