I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results, I always recommend my patients to loose weight before surgery when they are over weight for a much nicer result, you might want to consider losing weight and getting liposuction in the future, best of luck!

Many patients with a higher BMI carry significant weight in the intrabdominal cavity - so called "visceral fat," which does not get removed with liposuction or a tummy tuck. Additionally, it is sometimes not possible to get a fully flat abdomen even with aggressive muscle tightening, as the visceral fat can limit this. You may need to add a diet and exercise program to help you get to your end goal.As for the belly button, it's very hard to comment without an exam. Different surgeons use different belly button techniques from an aesthetic standpoint. Occasionally, a patient may also have a small umbilical hernia causing an "outie," if that is what you are asking about. Getting an indentation in the hollow of the well of the belly button is a bit of an imperfect art and there are many different approaches to that. Revision of the belly button is sometimes possible in order to improve the cosmetic appearance.

Thank you for your question and photos.  You are still early in he healing process and I can see a difference especially in the excess skin.  Occasionally patients who have extra intrabdominal fat can still have a some roundness to the abdomen.  Typically this can be corrected with diet but you will still have 2 months or more to see the final results.
