I was watching a video about 'risks & expected outcomes' with regards to breast augmentations & it stressed that patients should avoid taking garlic supplements -among other things- at least 21 days before surgery. I don't take supplements & I rarely eat garlic but I did have a bit of garlic sauce on Aug 29 & my surgery is booked for Sep 10. The Dr told me to stay away from blood thinners such as aspirin & ibuprofen but he never mentioned anything about garlic. Should I be concerned about this?
