I am 28, very healthy, and have had celiac for 7 years -- does this mean I should not get a breast augmentation?

I have read that people with existing autoimmune disorders should not get a breast augmentation. Does that include celiac? I really want to get the procedure but am worried that I will be guaranteed to get other auto immune diseases. I should also note that I eat gluten free and have no symptoms associated with celiac.
