Hi tweety90210. Your pictures suggest that you would benefit from a round, smooth, extra high profile, highly cohesive gel/gummy implant placed under your pectoralis major muscle. During your consultation, measurements will be taken to help estimate the volume, but it likely should be 300-400cc. The round shape maximizes cleavage and removes worry about rotation, extra high profile will help lift/support your right breast (looks slightly looser than left) with the narrowest diameter (limits "side boob"). Hi there, thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible but, there is a difference between your breasts. That's why; different implants should be chosen for both sides and, an uplift is necessary for your right areola.

Depending on the individual anatomy and desired results, estimations and measurements should be made for each patient individually after a detailed mutual conversation. The elements that form up the breast shape and size and the overall frame can be different in each person. Different sized implants on each side can help improve the asymmetry. With your small frame, going from a B to a D will look augmented. Tear drop implants can give a slightly more natural look as they provide less fullness at the upper portion of the breast. Hello, often it is possible to go up two cup sizes with breast augmentation but each bra company has a different sizing system, so ultimately your final size will depend a lot on where you buy your bra. Tear drop versus round gummy implants both have unique advantages and disadvantages so one type of implant is not better in all situations. Your plastic surgeon will listen to your goals and expectations then advise which type of implants will best meet your needs, as well as their unique risks.

The right smooth round implant for your frame can look natural and form a tear drop shake on its own while avoiding the negatives of an anatomical device (textured, firmer). I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. You have a good amount of your own breast tissue that would cover the implants. Therefore any type of implant can give you a good result provided the pocket dissection is done very precisely with a no touch technique to avoid capsular contraction and implant displacement. The implant profile will be determined once we decide on the size and it will depend on measurement of your breasts including the base diameter. We would want to avoid a textured teardrop implant because of concerns for ALCL that is associated with textured devices. A round smooth gel implant would be most appropriate. You can have an ultra cohesive (gummy bear) implant if you so desire. These implants are typically firmer to touch. In general I prefer a softer implant. A virtual or in person consultation could validate these recommendations.
