I'm 24 years old, 160 cm (5.2) and 48 kg (105 lbs). My breast size is 70A/32A, the underbust size is 69 cm, fullest part of the breast is 77-78 cm. My doctor recommended ergonomix implants in sizes 275 cc and 295 cc (should be full B cup he said). The max size he recommended was 295 cc and 315 cc. He said that larger size would be unnatural. I want a natural result, but I'm afraid that the first option will be too small. Is anyone about the same size as me and can suggest which size to choose?
Answer: 160 cm (5.2) , 48 kg (105 lbs) , 275 cc + 295 cc OR 295 cc + 315 cc? Hi there, thank you for your question. If you want a natural result, both sizes are okay to have. But, please keep in mind that projection is also important and if you want to achieve a fuller and natural look, you can have HP implants rather than increasing the implant size.

Answer: Breast augmentation sizing Breast implant size is a critical part of achieving a very pleasing result. The most reliable way to determine whether you like a certain size or not is to try on sizers in you plastic surgeons office. You can see how your clothes will look with the additional volume, also you will feel the weight of the implants. Feeling the weight is important especially for very active women since heavy implants can effect activities such as running. With the help of sizers, I recommend patients go towards the top of their comfort zone so they dont have concerns of whether they went big enough. Try those sizes on in the office and I hope that will make your decision easier. Best wishes, Dr. Jan

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the implants have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Everyone has sisters, not twins, to some degree. Answer: Implant size The difference in the implant sizes you are considering will look virtually the same once placed. It's less than two tablespoons of volume. Your surgeon has examined you and is making recommendations based on how the implant will fit combined with your goals for treatment. Either option should give you a natural result, but one may fit better based on your anatomy.
