How to fix my hollow under eyes, don’t want to try anymore PRP or PRF (Photo)

I’ve had about 2ml filler under eye, had prp multiple times and had PRF. Only thing that made a difference was filler however they can’t go all the way up to eye with filler so I’m left still looking quite hollow. I don’t want to try anymore PRP or PRF I need something with more volume. What can I do?

Botox act only on the muscle activity and has zero impact on the deeper tissues, so it totally safe to have Botox done and later have the fat grafting. It will be important Not to have Botox effect if you are having eyebrow repositioning. Be encouraged. Dr. Cardenas
