Hi there, I am wondering how long one needs to wait between a dental bone graft with implant placement and a deep plane facelift? Also which procedure should be done first? Thanks

I would suggest having your dental work done first to avoid manipulation of a freshly operated face.  There is no relationship or adverse effects of having a dental implant and deep plane facelift that you need to concern yourself with.

If you’re planning to get a dental implant with a bone graft, it’s best to have that done before a procedure like a deep plane facelift, and allow 3 to 6 months for proper healing. This is important because the facelift involves deep work in the mid and lower face, and we want to avoid interfering with the integration of the implant or graft.
If the facelift is done first, we usually recommend waiting at least 6 to 8 weeks (ideally up to 3 months) before moving forward with any dental work in that area.
As always, the safest option is to have your surgeon and dentist coordinate directly, based on your individual case

Choose your facelift surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results. Look for a Facial Plastic Surgeon with an extensive portfolio  of before and after facelift photographs that you really like.
