I had a rhinoplasty almost 2 years ago. The second the cast was removed, I noticed my nose looked crooked. The surgeon assured me this was caused by swelling. Nothing changed and a year later the surgeon agreed to do a revision on the bumps that appeared post surgery. Additionally, I have a retracted scar. Which the revision did not help with. Does this look like a ‘good’ result? The surgeon said if I wished to redo the nose, it would cost extra.
