Deviation and rotated tip - Can it be fixed? (photo)

Question

Im wondering if my tip can be fixed? Is it possible to make your nose shorter to correct this issue? How can this be corrected? I have thick skin as well and I’m one year post op.

I can see in your first and your last photo, that your tip appears to veer to your right side, but the base of your nose is relatively symmetrical. If the deviation is being caused by an indentation along your left nasal sidewall, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for achieving a permanently straighter nasal appearance, without the inconvenience and expensive additional surgery. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a good candidate for a revision rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include nasal tip deprojection, and placement of a mastoid fascia tip graft to provide a smoother tip contour. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
