Im wondering if my tip can be fixed? Is it possible to make your nose shorter to correct this issue? How can this be corrected? I have thick skin as well and I’m one year post op.

This is quite a nice result for a revisionary surgery and I would personally not mess with this outcome. Operating on a nose for the 3rd time will lead to even more swelling, more scarring, and more potential unpredictability.
