Hello everyone I am a 30 y/o. I have had a very youthful face until and dentistry procedure left me with tmj and trigeminal neuralgia. Due to this conditions and stress my face drooped literally over night… I have a fat lose on the side of my chins and my nasolabial folds got so prominent. So due to my situation I have fear fom needles and fillers. I am scared to iritate the nerve even more . Also my immune systems is not quite good cuz of the chronic stress and pain. So would you doctors have any advice? Should I get the filler or am I not a candidate? Is there any alternative way to add volume to area instead of filler and fat transfer. I am scared for the filler to add pressure on the nerves or a needle poking the nerve endings and iritate it even more .. also i wonder if in my case where a significant amount of fat is lost, am I more prone to occlusion since I don’t have much dept for injection… im terrified but also want to bring back my youthful face … Thanks in advance!
