I have major facial asymmetry. What procedure is best for me?

First of all my eyes are not symmetrical, my jaw is not symmetrical and my nose ain’t symmetrical. I have been not feeling confident within my self due to this. I would like to know what procedure is the best for me. I could send you a few photos via email to show you.

I think the laser treatment is not necessary at all prior to surgery. In addition to not helping the thickness of your skin you run the risk of pigment changes. I would just get the rhinoplasty done. It’s true your skin is thick but you will still get substantial improvement
It is difficult to tell from the pictures what exactly could be going on. Some things we think about include residual swelling, scar tissue, displacement of grafts, etc. I strongly recommend that you make a follow-up appointment with your surgeon to discuss and be evaluated in-person. Best of luck!
