I am now 6 months post-op as of July 11, 2021 and underwent a septorhinoplasty last January. I have noticed for the past few months that a pea-sized bump formed on the tip of my nose. It’s hard to show on camera but it’s noticeable in person. I’m concerned this is something that will require a revision in the future. It is hard to touch, and a little tender. The tip of my nose in general still seems swollen, and is stiff.
