Bruising over 1 year after otoplasty - what could have caused this? (photo)

I had otoplasty approximately 16 months ago, and today I discovered that 2 little bruises appeared on my antihelix. What could've caused this. Could a stitch have snapped? I can't see my surgeon as I moved to a different city.

Since these red spots appeared on your ear, 1.5 years after Otoplasty surgery, it could just be a permanent suture that has come to the surface. This should be an easy fix, in the office.
