Will an Alarplasty suffice and achieve my desired results? (photos)

To me it looks like your nose is just too long. You don't say if you've had prior surgery. The surgeon needs to know how to shorten a nose properly. It's not difficult to do but it surprising how many surgeons leave their noses too long.

An alar plasty simply narrows wide nostrils, and that's it. A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the bridge line and refining the nasal tip. It also appears that you have thick skin in the tip of the nose which is going limit how much refinement can be accomplished in your nasal tip.
