Will an Alarplasty suffice and achieve my desired results? (photos)

I have attached the following pictures: 1.) image un-touched 2.) image manipulated with an app to reflect the nose I’d like (still my nose just a little smaller). 3.) & 4.) Images of nose in profile (which I am happy with) 5.) my deviated septum Do you feel an alarplasty can achieve this desired result in image #2? Thank you for your insight and advice.

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can have all those procedures performed at the same time. Combining procedures is a good way to save money having just one anesthesia. I recommend consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation. Best of luck!

Hi @mross921. Congrats on your engagement! In general, swelling after a rhinoplasty can last up to one year. Swelling of the tip usually takes the longest to resolve. I would recommend waiting if you plan on getting married in less than 6 months.

It's hard to evaluate your nose based on the one photo you sent. I am not a fan of the lip lift. They often don't do what you think they do and in your case could distort your nostrils and look odd.

Your nose is actually very pretty - it fits the rest of your facial features quite nicely. If you wish to enhance it, try finding an example of a nose you like, and we'll see what can be done to help you achieve that look.
