I’m 28 years old I had my first and last (lol) child (lol) 3 years ago.. I have never been truly happy with my butt and my lack of hips but after I had m child my stomach my back have been so hard to get rid of an I’m not proportioned properly I’m 5’6 and 230 lbs i am working on getting smaller to is my highest weight with my heaviest being 180 in the past... anyway I also have a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa where I get boils/ abscess under the arms things and groin

Unfortunately, based on the measurements your BMI is 37, making you ineligible for cosmetic surgery at this time. A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

I recommend a full tummy tuck because of the lose skin combined with a full body contouring and BBL. I would suggest liposuction on your back and flanks as well if you want. Your BMI has to be 30 or less for any cosmetic procedure for safety reasons.You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated first to accomplish what you wished. The tummy tuck will repair your muscles and remove excess skin, lipo of the waist will enhance your curves and give you an hourglass. Once the fat is transferred to the buttock it will give it more projection and shape. It's always best to be closer to your goal weight to achieve best results. Hello, thank you for your question and photos. Based on your weight and height, your  BMI is at 37.1 which puts you just out of range in my practice, where the limit is 37. If you are in the process of losing weight, I recommend you reach your goal weight first. Ideally, your BMI should be between 29-33. Not only will the procedure be safer, but your results will be much better. To get within range, you would need to lose about 30 pounds. You can always seek out medical weight loss solutions to help you manage your weight. Once you get to your goal weight you may need a tummy tuck, as the skin of your abdomen looks to have lost its elasticity. I recommend you undergo your liposuction procedure or BBL before the TT. Lastly, you want to ensure you visit your primary docotr and let them know you are planning on having cosmetic surgery. They can screen you for anemia, diabetes, hypertension and other conditions which may put you in danger. By making a plan with your primary doctor first, you will ensure you are in the best possible health to withstand and recover from your surgery. Best of luck to you!
